The Keto Diet — The Foods to Say “Yes” and “No” To

What can you eat and not eat on the Keto Diet? You may have idea on what you can and cannot eat, but we thought it would be helpful to you if we provide you with a list that you can print and put up on your fridge. If you were living under a rock and don’t know about the Keto Diet, here’s a quick refresher:

The purpose of the Keto Diet, a high-fat and low carb diet, is to induce ketosis. When your body gets into the state of ketosis, your body begins to utilize fat from food and stored fat for energy instead of carbs.
